● Choose the YouTube video from the Upload Section-

After tapping on content, it will direct you to the page where you will find the thumbnail of the videos you wish to edit. Then tap on the thumbnail of the desired video and start editing. 

YouTube supports various formatting types such as MOV, WebM, 3GPP, AVI, WMV, etc. However, YouTube advice suggests MPEG4 or MP4 format to achieve the highest quality video and maintain the quality throughout the video. 

If your video is any other format, then different kinds of converters are available out there, which will assist you in converting it to MP4. 


● Trimming the video-

Trimming the video is essential to prevent the video from getting unnecessary and lengthy. Lengthy videos tend to get monotonous, and people eventually stop watching the video. 

Therefore, trimming is one of the main steps to making your video full of content. Also, the video becomes more binding and interesting without any unwanted silences or uncalled-for shots.

To do so, there's a Timeline Panel, and around it, there's the option to trim. Tap on Trim, and a blue box will appear, allowing you to cut the beginning or end of your YouTube video effectively. 

Just move the lines across the timeline and stop where you want the clip to end or start. You can also trim the video from the middle and take clips that are not so interesting. You can move the bar to the portion you want to remove. 

After placing the bar correctly, tap on the spilt. Next, move the bar to the end of the clip and press split. Lastly, click on the blue lines and drag the clip across the timeline. Now, you can preview the video and save it accordingly.


● Adding an End screen to your YouTube video- 

At the end of the video, you can add an End Screen to familiarize the audience/viewers with your channel. End Screen allows the viewer to watch the related videos or playlists on your YouTube channel and gives the option to add a subscribe icon. There will be an end screen icon around your timeline panel. 

After you tap on it, apply template popup menu will appear, and you can choose from the options. When you are done choosing, you can now add the end screen template and make your audience more connected to your channel.
